Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The main content of this project is the removal of domestic garbage (dry and wet garbage) from enterprises and institutions in Tang Zhen. (For details, please refer to Chapter III-Service Requirements in the bidding documents).

合同履约期限：本项目服务期为自2025年8月7日起一年。

The Contract Period: The service period of this project is one year from August 7, 2025.

二、申请人的资格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

(a)满足《****点击查看政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: Policy of supporting small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specifically for purchasing small and medium-sized enterprises, and the products of small and micro enterprises enjoy a 10% price discount during the evaluation. (2) Welfare units for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises.
