合同履约期限：本项目一次采购三年有效，服务合同一年一签订，中标人经采购人考核通过后方可续签下一年合同，若中标人无法通过采购人考核，采购人有权终止合同并重新采购。本次采购预算金额所涵盖的服务期限为自2025年8月2日起一年。

The Contract Period: This project is valid for three years at a time, and the service contract is signed once a year. The winning bidder can only renew the contract for the next year after passing the purchaser's examination. If the winning bidder fails to pass the purchaser's examination, the purchaser has the right to terminate the contract and purchase again.
