1、投标主体：（1）如果投标人为中华人****点击查看公司，需提供有效的营业执照（具备独立法人资格）、税务登记证、组织机构代码证复印件或证照合一营业执照，投标时提供原件扫描件（原件备查）。****点击查看公司的，应具有有效的证照合****点击查看公司合法授权书。总公司与分支机构只可一家参与投标，同时参与投标视为投标无效。****点击查看事业单位的，投****点击查看事业单位****点击查看机关核准登记或者备案，****点击查看事业单位法人证书。如出现单位负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的情况，相关投标均无效，招标人随时有权作出拒绝投标、取消投标资格、取消授标、不签订合同或在合同签订后终止合同等决定，相关投标人须无条件接受，且由此造成的任何损失由投标人承担。（2）如果****点击查看公司，****点击查看公司登记注册证明。（3）投标时提供在有效期内GB/T 19001或ISO 9001质量管理体系认证证书。2、业绩要求（开标时需进行信息公开）Performance requirements (information disclosure required at bid opening)：（1） 2022年7月1日至投标截止日（以合同签署时间为准），投标人应具有并提供2个合同的ROV租赁服务（含ROV设备租赁服务及操作人员服务）验收业绩，同时提供的业绩须至少包含1个作业水深不小于1500米的深水项目业绩，且该深水业绩必须是由投标人本次投标所响应的同型号ROV设备实际完成。（2）投标人须提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件包括：1）合同和2）服务验收证明材料。投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须体现以下内容：合同首页、合同签署页（国内服务合同应有双方盖章，国际服务合同应有双方签字或盖章）、服务内容及服务验收证明材料（需包含甲方名称、工作范围、项目名称、完工时间，如服务合同中不能体现项目名称或服务时间，可以提交日报或考勤作为支持文件）。 （3）若业绩合同为无固定总价协议，除提供协议外，还应提供相应的订单及与订单对应的验收材料，订单的内容或编号应与协议相关联。同一个协议下提供1个或以上的订单及与订单对应的验收材料算为1个业绩。（如提供的合同相对应的服务验收材料所体现的内容与协议相关联，则可不提供订单）。（4）未提交业绩证明文件，或通过所提供的业绩证明文件无法认定满足上述业绩要求的，均视为无效业绩。（5）原件备查。（受字数所限，英文描述详见招标文件正文 (Due to word limit, please refer to the main text of the bidding documents for English description)）
