简要规则描述：本项目为无人机自动起降巡查组网租赁服务，主要服务内容包含：租赁10套无人机自动起降机库及无人机，部署在重点关注区域。实现：1、以GIS地图为基础，融合机库管理一张图，可调用机库均可在一图显示；2、城市运行风险目录及避障点整合，可预设应急飞行航线及绕飞，开展日常巡查；3、突发事件发生后，就近快速抵达现场传输图像。4、重点区域二维模型或三维模型可加载，为应急指挥和灾后评估提供数据支撑。采购具体项目内容、采购范围及所应达到的具体要求，以磋商文件相应规定为准。

Brief Specification Description: This project is a leasing service for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) automatic takeoff and landing patrol network. The main service content includes leasing 10 sets of UAV automatic takeoff and landing hangars and UAVs, deployed in key areas of concern. Implementation: 1. Based on GIS maps, integrate hangar management into one map, and display all callable hangars in one map; 2. Integrate the urban operation risk directory and obstacle avoidance points, preset emergency flight routes and detours, and conduct daily inspections; 3. After an emergency occurs, quickly arrive at the scene nearby to transmit images. 4. Two dimensional or three-dimensional models of key areas can be loaded to provide data support for emergency command and post disaster assessment. The specific content, scope, and requirements of the procurement project shall be subject to the corresponding provisions in the negotiation document.

合同履约期限：本次采购预算涵盖的服务期限为2025年7月1日至2026年6月30日
