Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This project includes nine sections of underground utility tunnels within the Lingang New Area, with a total length of 9,129 meters, which have already been taken over by the purchaser. The main contents consist of two parts: maintenance and operation of the tunnels, as well as monitoring. For specific details, please refer to the procurement requirements.

合同履约期限：自合同签订生效之日起一年完成全部服务内容并通过采购人验收。

The Contract Period: All service contents shall be completed and pass the acceptance inspection by the purchaser within one year from the date of the contract's effectiveness.
