Brief Specification Description: It mainly involves personnel allocation and equipment requirements, with 8 (10) full-time fire workers on duty 24 hours a day, 1 3.5 ton foam fire truck, 1 2.5 ton water tank fire truck, 5 patrol electric bicycles and related equipment. The work task requires the implementation of a "five in one" work mode consisting of fire promoters, fire inspectors, firefighters, convenience workers, and management instructors, mainly to implement the fire work tasks assigned by the Safety Committee Office, the park, the fire department, and the police station.

It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); 4. Suppliers who comply with Article 17 of the Guiding Opinions on Promoting Government Procurement Reform in Pilot Areas in Connection with International High Standard Economic and Trade Rules (Hu Cai Cai Cai [2024] No. 12) are not allowed to participate in the procurement activities of this project; 5. This procurement does not accept consortium responses and does not allow contract transfer or subcontracting.
