(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) Suppliers that have been registered and included in the database in accordance with the Measures for the Registration and Integrity Management of Shanghai Municipal Government Procurement（4）Requirements for the personnel to be assigned to the project management organization on the construction site: The minimum number of personnel should be 4inclusive) or more, and it must include a project leader, a safety officer, a quality officer, and a material officer; the project leader must have an electronic for the project leader of the Shanghai Municipal Greening Engineering Practitioner.
