简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本项目是按照****点击查看统一部署和要求，严格遵守各项规章制度，加强服务队伍教育管理，不断完善各项服务工作措施。本项目主要内容涉及对重点区域（主干道渣土检查点、物流园区、大临设施周边道路、综合社区等等）提供执法辅助工作，具体包括市容环境整治、卡点固守、机动巡查等执法辅助工作，协助政府整治社会治安中的各类问题，协助政府整治城镇运行安全中的各类问题。确保区域内城市市容环境文明整洁、城市运行平稳有序。（详见第三章项目概况及技术服务要求）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This project is in accordance with the unified deployment and requirements of the Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade of the Lingang New Area Management Committee of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, strictly adhering to various rules and regulations, strengthening the education and management of the service team, and continuously improving various service work measures. The main content of this project involves providing law enforcement assistance to key areas (such as main road debris inspection points, logistics parks, roads around large temporary facilities, comprehensive communities, etc.), including urban environment improvement, checkpoint defense, mobile patrols and other law enforcement assistance work, assisting the government in rectifying various problems in social security and urban operation safety. Ensure that the urban environment in the region is civilized and tidy, and that the city operates smoothly and orderly.
合同履约期限：2025年7月1日至2026年6月30日

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); 4. Having a valid Security Service License issued by the provincial and municipal public security departments; 5. Suppliers who comply with Article 17 of the Guiding Opinions on Promoting Government Procurement Reform in Pilot Areas in Connection with International High Standard Economic and Trade Rules (Hu Cai Cai Cai [2024] No. 12) are not allowed to participate in the procurement activities of this project. 6. This procurement does not accept consortium responses and does not allow contract transfer or subcontracting.
