简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：周浦镇镇区道路及环卫设施量保洁养护服务，其中包括：周浦镇镇管道路清扫养护53.07km（含废物箱保洁）、周浦镇公共厕所及倒粪口管理保洁27座、周浦镇生活垃圾箱房管理保洁27座、生活垃圾清运37000吨（分类清运，杜绝混装）、有害垃圾清运、无主垃圾应急清运（托底工单）、三重保障经费（除三乱）、企事业单位生活垃圾征收管理、收集清运。本项目招标服务期限为1年，起讫日期为2024年12月1日至2025年11月30日止。本项目采取招一续一的形式，对工作质量考核达标的中标人可以续标一年，养护合同一年一签。本项目为非预留份额的采购项目。具体项目内容、采购范围及所应达到的具体要求，以招标文件相应规定为准。

Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:Cleaning and maintenance services for roads and sanitation facilities in Zhoupu Town, including: cleaning and maintenance roads managed by Zhoupu Town (including waste bin cleaning)，the distance is 53.07km, clean up 27 public toilets and manure outlet, clean up 27 garbage bins room, 37000 tons domestic garbage removal and transportation (classified removal, no mixed loading), hazardous garbage removal, and emergency removal of ownerless garbage (supporting work orders), triple guarantee funds , collection and management of domestic garbage from enterprises and institutions.
The service lasts 1 year, from December 1, 2024 to November 30, 2025. This project adopts the form of recruitment for one consecutive year, and the winning bidder who meets the work quality assessment can renew the contract for one year.

合同履约期限：2024年12月1日至2025年11月30日。

The Contract Period:from 01th 12 2024 until 30th 11 2025.
