Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: According to the purchaser's requirements, provide urban and environmental sanitation services for Xuanqiao Town, including: ① manual cleaning of roads in the town area with an area of 382362.5 square meters; ② 7 public toilets are cleaned by dedicated personnel; ③ Rural household waste collection, management of 39 garbage rooms (11 villages, 2 neighborhood committees); ④ The annual collection and transportation of dry and wet household waste is approximately 35167.28 tons; ⑤ Enterprise household waste removal. Please refer to the procurement requirements in the bidding documents for specific requirements

二、申请人的资格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3.1 Comply with the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the Shanghai Municipal Government Procurement Service Management Measures. 3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the Credit China website (www.****点击查看. gov.cn), the list of major tax illegal dishonest entities, and the list of serious illegal and dishonest behavior records in government procurement on the China Government Procurement Network (www.****点击查看. gov.cn) [based on the credit records within the past 3 years before the deadline for submitting the first response documents for inquiry].
