Brief Specification Description: This project mainly determines a supplier for the South Wharf Road Sub-district Office of the People's Government of Pudong New Area in Shanghai, and provides management services for the restaurants of street organs and urban management law enforcement teams. Dining demand is from Monday to Friday every week, in which breakfast and lunch are provided in the restaurant of the street office and lunch is provided in the restaurant of the urban management law enforcement team. Street office restaurant, 1 floor in total, with an area of about 250 square meters; Urban Management Law Enforcement Team Restaurant, 1 floor in total, with an area of about 150 square meters. Dining number: about 120 people in the sub-district office and about 40 people in the urban management law enforcement brigade. (For details, please refer to Chapter III Procurement Requirements)

合同履约期限：合同签订后一年。

2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

（5）本项目不允许转包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in China according to law (this project does not accept branches to participate in procurement activities in their own names); (4) It has a Food Business License issued by the market supervision and management department within the validity period, and covers the business projects that match the contracted contents of this project; (5) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
