按照《中小企业划分标准规定》（工信部联企业﹝2011﹞300号），本项目采购的2025年公交物业服务属于物业管理。

Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: In 2025, public transportation property services will include comprehensive management, public facility and equipment management, security management, vehicle management, green maintenance and indoor green rental, environmental sanitation and cleaning management, and other services. According to the "Classification Standards for Small and Medium sized Enterprises" (MIIT Joint Enterprise [2011] No. 300), the 2025 public transportation property services purchased for this project belong to property management.

合同履约期限：自合同签订之日起1年，暂定自2025年2月1日起至2026年1月31日，其中DRT2号线、方竹路公交枢纽站暂定自2025年4月1日起至2026年1月31日，具体以甲方书面通知时间为准。

The Contract Period: From the date of signing the contract, it is tentatively scheduled to be from February 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026, with DRT2 Line and Fangzhu Road Bus Hub Station tentatively scheduled to be from April 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026, subject to written notice from Party A.
