Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Guarding fee of the Eastern Hub D District land reserve project.The project is located in Zhuqiao Township, Pudong New Area. The specific boundaries of the site are as follows: east to Weichang River, south to S32, west to G1503, and north to the planned site. The total land area is 75.01 hectares (1,125.1 acres), and the area under guarding for this project is 916.81 acres.The specific project content, procurement scope and specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions of the bidding documents.

合同履约期限：合同签订之日起一年。

2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（1）符合《****点击查看政府采购法》第二十二条的规定。
（2）未被“信用中国”（www.****点击查看.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.****点击查看.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单。
（3）单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参****点击查看政府采购活动；为采购项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的供应商，不得再参加该采购项目的其他采购活动。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (iii) If the unit leader is the same person or if there is a direct controlling or management relationship between different suppliers, they shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; Suppliers who provide overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, testing and other services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.(iv) Branches established by legal persons and obtaining business licenses in accordance with the law shall be authorized by their legal persons to participate in government procurement activities. A legal entity and its branches, or different branches belonging to the same legal entity, shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract.(v)Other specific qualification requirements:Having a valid Security Service License.
