简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：为有效缓解高东镇行政区域内交通拥堵现象，配合交警顺利进行交通整治、疏导工作，维护交通良好秩序，协助交警劝阻、纠正违法行为，开展交通违法查处，拟通过公开采购的方式，选取一家专业的第三方单位提供特保服务。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）

Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: In order to effectively alleviate the traffic congestion in the administrative area of Gaodong Town, cooperate with the traffic police to smoothly carry out traffic rectification and diversion work, maintain good traffic order, assist the traffic police to dissuade and correct illegal behaviors, and carry out investigation and punishment of traffic violations, it is proposed to select a professional third-party unit to provide special insurance services through public procurement. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements)

合同履约期限：一次采购两年有效，合同一年一签，每年经过采购人考核合格后，合同续签一年。本项目采购预算所涵盖的服务期限为2025年06月01日至2026年05月31日。本合同服务期限届满时，中标人所提供的服务经考核不合格的，采购人有权不与中标人续约，且无须给予中标人任何赔偿、补偿。

The Contract Period: a purchase is valid for two years, the contract is signed once a year, and the contract is renewed for one year after passing the purchaser's assessment every year.
