简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本项目为2025年唐镇网格督查服务，拟通过公开招标方式选择一位合格供应商按4个综合网格分配工作力量，负责镇域内各类城市管理问题的巡查发现、工单上报、即发即处、平台流转、结案核查等工作，****点击查看管理中心业务指导和队伍管理。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）

Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This project is the Tang Town Grid Supervision Service for 2025. It is planned to select a qualified supplier through public bidding to allocate work forces to 4 comprehensive grids, responsible for the patrol and discovery of various urban management issues within the town, the ing of work orders, immediate handling, platform circulation, case closure verification, etc., under the business guidance and team management of the Tang Town Urban Operation Management Center. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 of the Procurement Requirements.)

合同履约期限：自2025年8月1日至2026年7月31日。

The Contract Period: From August 1st, 2025 to July 31st, 2026.

二、申请人的资格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

(a)满足《****点击查看政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（3）须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织；

（5）本项目不允许转包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in China according to law; (4) Having a Security Service License issued by the Public Security Bureau of a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government; (5) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
