简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本项目拟通过公开招标的方式，选取一家合格的单位，负责合庆镇范围内生活垃圾清运（含行政村居民区，****点击查看事业单位），镇域内行政村居民区粪便清运，公厕管理，道路保洁、垃圾中转站日常运行及管理等工作。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The project intends to select a qualified unit through public bidding to be responsible for the removal and transportation of domestic garbage within Heqing Town (including administrative village residential areas, enterprises and institutions in the town), fecal removal and transportation in administrative village residential areas within the town, public toilet management, road cleaning, daily operation and management of garbage transfer stations, etc. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements).
合同履约期限：本项目招一续二，服务合同一年一签订，中标人经招标人考核通过后方可续签下一年合同，若中标人无法通过招标人考核，招标人有权终止合同并重新招标。本次报价所涵盖的服务期限为2025年06月01日至2026年5月31日。
The Contract Period: the project recruits one and two, the service contract is signed every year, the winning bidder can only renew the contract for the next year after passing the assessment of the tenderer, if the winning bidder can not pass the assessment of the tenderer, the tenderer has the right to terminate the contract and re-tender.
