二、申请人的资格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: 1) Encourage energy-saving policies; 2) Encourage environmental protection policies; 3) Policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises and promote the employment of persons with disabilities, prison enterprises and welfare units for persons with disabilities are regarded as small and micro enterprises. 4) This project does not accept imported products.

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1) The supplier shall be a legal person, other organization or natural person, and the branch or branch of the legal person shall be authorized by the head office; 2) This project is specifically for small and micro enterprise procurement.
