简要规则描述：为进一步推进康桥镇违法建筑整治及无违村居创建工作，提升城市管理应急处置能力,本项目拟通过公开竞争性磋商的方式选择一位合格的供应商在康桥镇全域提供拆违巡查辅助服务，协助实现全时段、全方位对违法建筑的严防严控。本项目每月工作量8345小时，具体由供应商根据工作内容、执勤区域合理安排，从而确保项目绩效目标达成。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）

Brief Specification Description: In order to further promote the renovation of illegal buildings in Kangqiao Town and the creation of non-violation village houses, and improve the emergency response capability of urban management, this project plans to select a qualified supplier to provide auxiliary inspection services for demolition violations throughout Kangqiao Town through open competitive consultation, and help to achieve full-time and all-round strict control of illegal buildings. The monthly workload of this project is 8,345 hours, which is reasonably arranged by the supplier according to the work content and duty area, so as to ensure the achievement of the project performance objectives. (For details, please refer to Chapter III Procurement Requirements)
