简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：病媒体防制，提供“四害”（鼠蟑蚊蝇）的预防控制服务：兼顾消杀螨虫、跳蚤，以及蚂蚁之类引起疾病的虫害消杀工作；做好四害密度监测工作。点位消杀消毒平均每周不得少于1次，三防设施设备布置符合相关规定要求，确保三防设施设备性能良好，运行正常。具体项目内容、采购范围及所应达到的具体要求，以招标文件相应规定为准。

Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Prevention and control of disease media, providing prevention and control services of "four pests" (rats, cockroaches, mosquitoes and flies): giving consideration to disinfection and sterilization of mites, fleas, ants and other pests that cause diseases; Carry out monitoring of the density of the four pests. Disinfection and sterilization at the point shall not be less than once a week on average. The layout of the three prevention facilities and equipment shall meet the requirements of relevant regulations to ensure that the three prevention facilities and equipment have good performance and normal operation.The specific project content, procurement scope and specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions of the bidding documents.

合同履约期限：一年，具体日期以合同签订为准。

2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
